Our Process

Getting started with our team is quick & easy! See below our step-by-step process.

Step 1 - Fill out a Get Started form

After filling out our Get Started form, you’ll receive more information about our service, example websites, and next steps.

Step 2 - Decide which Program is best for you

You can see our programs on our Pricing Page. After filling out a Get Started form, you’ll also receive a link to schedule a call with our team to answer any questions you have. We are happy to provide guidance on which program is best for you and your unique situation.

Step 3 - Sign up

Our sign-up process is quick, easy, and digital – it only takes a few minutes. At this time, our $950 setup fee is due.

Step 4 - Onboarding

After signing up, you’ll receive Onboarding instructions which ensure we have everything we need to do a great job for you (services offered, logo, service areas, bio, photos, etc.). Completing this takes 10-15 minutes.

Step 5 - We get to work

After receiving your onboarding information, we get to work ASAP on your website! We complete a “first draft” within 1-2 weeks which moves us to our next step.

Step 6 - Unlimited revisions

Once you receive your first draft, we enter the revision phase. We will complete any number of revisions until you are 100% satisfied and ready to launch the site.

Step 7 - Launch

Average time from start to launch is 2-3 weeks. At the time of launch, your first monthly fee is charged.

Step 8 - Ongoing Support

After launching the website, we don’t go anywhere! As your dedicated web team, we are here to help with all your website needs. From adding new photos, to updating text, or adding a new page, we’ve got you covered.
